Gary does a lot more that consult. He dug deep on our operation and asked questions that we had not yet considered. Gary gave us an outside perspective that we were blind to, and that resulted in many changes that helped us with scaling and operations. Gary was successful in his own business before he sold it, and now he is helping us with our operation. He has the time to slow down and consider all variables. I don't even know where to start with this review, because I want to make sure you I give the proper feedback that Gary deserves here. Gary has guided me through the process of selecting and implementing our new ERP system. He has been a key part of the entire process from the beginning through now and I can honestly say that without him, we would be completely lost. Gary did a thorough background into our company before even moving forward so that he knew exactly what he was dealing with and what would be the best fit for us. Through the selection process, he provided valuable information and helped guide us to a decision without ever pointing us in a single direction. Through the implementation process, Gary has been to several hours of meetings each week and he is there to represent our company, asking the tough questions that often bring future problems to the light before they ever even become a problem. I could go on and on, but I can honestly say that if you are considering using GB3's services, go for it. You won't regret it one bit. One last thing to mention is that Gary and GB3 have gone above and beyond the call of duty. Gary is much more experienced in many areas of management than I am, and he has taken extra time to give valuable personal growth advise and provided documentation to help me. This was above the scope of our contract with each other and done because Gary actually cares about his clients as well as their growth and well-being. Would I use GB3's services again...absolutely without question!
